How to Reduce Thigh Fat With Yoga

  1. Use your yoga mat or anywhere where you can lay.  These exercises are perfect for people who wan to tone inner thighs.
  2. Now that you’re on your back the next thing you need to do is start moving your legs in a motion as if you were riding your bike.  Your goal should be to do it 50 times, however you can take a break after cycling 20 times and then continue until you are finish
  3. After moving your legs in a cycling motion 50 times repeat this same movement 50 more times going to opposite direction.  Be sure to take a break if needed.
  4. After you’re finish be sure to stretch and get back on your mat for the next exercise. In a laying position move your feet up and down in a scissor motion.  Do this exercise with one leg at a time.
  5. After you’re finish be sure to stretch and get back on your mat for the next exercise. Now in a laying position move both feet up and down.  Be sure to do this exercise with both feet.
