Lose Inner Thigh Fat Tips – 10 days to Lose 10 Pounds!

Are you looking to burn fat fast?  Most people just want to lose inner thigh fat, but they key to burn fat fast is to work out your entire body.  Spot reduction is a recipe for failure.  When you workout your entire body it will decide what part needs to lose fat first.  I know what its like to be overweight and truthfully it’s disgusting.   I was happy, but I was still insecure because this was a goal that I couldn’t tackle.  One thing I learned about weight loss is it’s about make life changes not just dieting.  I hate the word dieting because its temporarily its more import ant to make a lifestyle change, because you will be able to lose inner thigh fat that you’ve been struggling with or you will be able to lose arm fat and this time keep it off.

- Drinking a gallon of water a day

- Eliminating all sugar (cake, candy, juice, soda etc…)

- 30 mins of high intense cardio (jogging, running, elliptical etc…)

- Eliminating all carbs

- Eating a salad for lunch everyday

- Eat vegetables, chicken and fish

Do this for 10 days and you will see results.  You may not lose inner thigh fat totally, but you will see results.  The key is consistency!  To burn body fat fast you must exercise and eat right.  There’s no trick or secret to fat loss, beside making healthier choices and keeping your heart rate up.
